How do my customers use ShopClerk?

Once you have ShopClerk installed, your customers will get an email when they make a purchase from your shop. If it's their first purchase since you installed ShopClerk, the email will include instructions on how to get the ShopClerk Alexa skill and connect it to your store. There are 2 quick steps:

  1. Go to the ShopClerk Alexa page and connect to Alexa.
  2. Say "Alexa, tell ShopClerk about passcode ...." (Each customer gets a unique passcode, which is found in an email they get when making a purchase.)

ShopClerk will then look up and tell them the status of their packages. Later on, they can just tell Alexa, "Alexa, open ShopClerk", and Alexa will tell them their package status.

Repeat customers will get a ShopClerk email which gives reminds them about ShopClerk and will tell them about new ShopClerk features that your store gets.
